Create infrastructure, enable access to special education, curriculum development, train special educators and vocational training for older children

**Healthcare and Rehabilitation**

Train professionals, increase access to affordable healthcare services for detection and management of development delays and disabilities.

**Job-Linked Skilling**

Create livelihood opportunities for youth with disabilities, through market linked training, job placement and self-employment opportunities
